We had a great few days celebrating Easter.
On Friday we we dyed four dozen eggs. At only 88 cents per dozen it was cheap fun for a couple of hours.
On Saturday morning we went to the city Easter egg hunt. It seems every city park in Utah had an Easter egg hunt on. So many options! We went to the South Jordan City park and there were a ton of kids. They had all kinds of prizes, candy, the Easter Bunny and a DJ. It took all of about one minute (or less) for all the kids to clean up the large amount of candy and eggs that were spread out in the lawn.
The Easter Bunny came Sunday morning. Little Miss wanted chocolate, duct tape and makeup!
Little Mister wanted candy and anything he can build so he got a model car. They both got kites, too.
The Easter Bunny visited mom and dad, too. Mom got coupons and a recipe for honey carrots.
Dad got some colored pictures and an invitation to attend the upcoming gun show with his kids. Of course, he’d have to take them and pay! It ended up that Dad and Little Mister went to the gun show and mom and Little Miss went to the What a Woman Wants show here in town. Both events were at the same venue so we were all happy!
