Little Miss got some water balloons at the Target $1 Spot. She and Little Mister could hardly contain themselves...they wanted to fill them right away. They had fun learning to fill and tie the balloons...(they haven't mastered the "tie" part yet). They had an even better time throwing them at each other. Hearing the squeals of delight was worth helping them fill and tie them all.
