Not far from our house is this beautiful spot.
Battle Creek Falls is a short hike up the mountain. We are finding all kinds of fun things hidden in the hills on the mountain by our home.
Plus cousins and our next door neighbor.
It was nice, cool and so relaxing. We played in the water for an hour. The girls got soaked under the falls. The boys wouldn’t go under the water. That seems so backwards. It’s usually the boys who are more adventurous.
We’ll definitely go again.
